about
us The commercial representation Marcus Plischkowsky concerns itself primarily with the selling of physical water treatment. Due
to that ever more largely becoming problem of the pollution of the
drinking water by bacteria, for example Legionella, we have extended our
offer by chlorine dioxide production and proportioning plants. The
Newtec Water Systems NV has toked over the products from the company ECS GmbH (an electronics firm, which
specialized on the development, manufacturing and project engineering
of inductive treatment devices and systems for liquid media. Due to the
experience of many years optimal solutions can be offered for almost
any application. The CALC

There are two kinds of water treatment
Physical treatment In
contrast to chemical treatment, with physical treatment the water is
not softened, no minerals are extracted, and no chemicals are added.
The quality and hardness of the water are unaffected.
For untreated water, lime crystals are large in size (approx. 150 µm) and have a needle-like structure. This structure gives the crystals a very high degree of adhesion. Lime crystals that form after physical treatment have a maximum size of 20 µm and no longer possess a needle-like structure. They are unable to adhere to each other and therefore no longer stick to the surfaces of pipes, heating rods, etc. The microfine lime crystals remain in the water as a valuable element and are carried out with the effluent. Existing sediments with their porous surfaces and fine cracks can no longer accumulate more deposited materials. As water flows by, cracks increase and the lime layer loses its adhesive capacity. Vibrations and thermal fluctuations help to slowly loosen the layer of lime, allowing it to be carried off with the water. Practically, this means that during the initial phases, loose lime deposits can collect at the outlet. These particles must be removed in irregular intervals. All physical processes are characterized by the fact that the water state that is created is unstable. If the device is turned off, calcium carbonate accumulation resumes after two to three days. |
